Commission: 10–12% on closed deals

About the Opportunity

Yusha Lane, Inc. (parent company of New Heights Gaming) is expanding our brand partnerships pipeline. We’re looking for a qualified, commission-based sales professional to sell flagship sponsor programs (e.g., Red Bull-style activations and premium packages similar to Mophie-level deals).

You’ll have access to network connections/contact pathways where available, and you can also source and close your own opportunities. This role is best suited for someone who can independently prospect, run discovery, pitch, negotiate, and close.

What You’ll Sell

Sponsor programs built for consumer brands (energy drinks, mobile accessories, gaming/peripherals, lifestyle, etc.), including:

  • Flagship sponsorship programs (monthly and campaign structures)
  • Brand activations tied to events and content
  • Pilot-to-scale partnerships designed to convert into longer-term agreements
Programs are structured to be sponsor‑ready with clear deliverables, timelines, and reporting expectations. Commission Structure
  • 10–12% commission on closed sponsorship deals
  • Commission % depends on deal size, complexity, and sourcing origin (company-sourced vs self-sourced)
  • Paid from year-end cash after year-end close (annual payout policy)
  • No cap on earnings

(Final terms confirmed in contractor agreement.)

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue qualified sponsorship opportunities
  • Use a mix of:
    • Warm outreach via company network connections when available
    • Self-sourced prospecting (your own lead generation and research)
  • Run the full sales cycle:
    • Track pipeline simply and consistently (lead, stage, next step, timeline)
    • Coordinate internally for pricing, inventory, deliverables, and approvals
Who This Is For

  • Can prospect and close without heavy infrastructure
  • Understands how to sell to brand managers, partnership leads, agencies, marketing directors

Minimum Qualifications
  • Strong outbound outreach and follow-up discipline
  • Self-directed, reliable, and organized
Preferred Experience
  • Existing relationships with consumer brands or marketing agencies
  • Comfort writing proposals and managing deal stages
How Success Is Measured
  • Qualified meetings booked
  • Closed-won deals (and clean handoff to ops)
  • Professional sponsor experience (accurate expectations, smooth process)
