A tech AI startup is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team in New York, NY.
Compensation: $70-100K
Candidates must be local to NYC Area;
No relocation
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and Linked In.
- Identify and research ideal customer profiles and target accounts.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly activity and pipeline quotas.
- Collaborate with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and event follow-ups.
- Gather and share market feedback to improve positioning and outreach strategies.
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Outreach, Apollo).
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
