Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Franchise Growth & Acquisition:
    As a senior member of the sales team, proactively identify, acquire, and onboard new institutional and High-Net-Worth clients across the US, with the ultimate objective of significantly expanding the regional client franchise.
  • Relationship Management & Solutioning:
    Cultivate and nurture long-term, trust-based client relationships by deeply understanding their unique trading needs. Provide expertly tailored solutions across spot trading (both OTC and API), options, and sophisticated structured products.
  • Commercial Strategy & Execution:
    Develop and meticulously execute commercial strategies for client engagement, sustainable growth, and retention across North American markets. Lead impactful client meetings and presentations to articulate value propositions.
  • Market & Product Intelligence:
    Actively gather market and client feedback to support the ongoing development of new product offerings. Conduct comprehensive user-mapping and analysis to drive the expansion of the client footprint.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    Forge strong cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders, including trading, structuring, and research teams, to create and execute growth initiatives for attracting and retaining clients. Provide insights into target client segments and competitor product offerings.
  • External Representation:
    Act as a prominent external representative for the firm, presenting astute market views, spearheading educational outreach initiatives, and strategically positioning the brand as a trusted institutional partner in the digital asset space.
  • Operational & Team Leadership:
    Manage, supervise, and provide executive oversight for the regional office operations. Mentor junior team members, sharing product expertise and reinforcing a strong work ethic. Ensure clients receive an exceptional experience throughout both the sales and after-sales processes.
Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive Financial Markets

    Experience:

    Minimum of 10 years of relevant financial markets experience in sales and trading, wealth management products, or payments.
  • Institutional Network: A strong, established network of institutional or HNW relationships specifically within North America.
  • Sales & Relationship Acumen:
    Proven capabilities in building strong, enduring client relationships and a demonstrated track record in driving commercial sales growth.
  • Product Understanding:
    Deep and nuanced understanding of client needs across OTC (Over-The-Counter), API (Application Programming Interface) connectivity, and complex derivative structures.
  • Strategic & Communication

    Skills:

    A strong communicator and strategic thinker with excellent presentation and organizational skills.
  • Entrepreneurial Drive:
    Highly entrepreneurial, self-directed, and intrinsically motivated by performance, autonomy, and the ability to drive outcomes.
