Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop a team of approximately 8 account executives on sales strategies and pipeline management
  • Hire and onboard new account executives, providing ongoing coaching for their success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve strategic problems and manage projects
  • Create training content for ongoing development and professional growth
  • Provide constructive feedback and foster a positive team culture
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of enterprise selling experience
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team, preferably in the Public Sector
  • Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales within Local Government, K-12, or Higher Education sectors
  • Strong understanding of complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and solid understanding of SFDC
Preferred Qualifications
  • Awards for top sales achievements (e.g., President's Club, Winner's Circle)
  • Passion for helping Account Executives close large and complex deals
