What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Manage and grow assigned accounts while seeking new vertical customers
  • Develop long-term relationships and partnerships with customers
  • Create a strategic account plan and maintain an accurate pipeline in Salesforce
  • Assess customer needs and generate proposals to promote products and services
  • Negotiate master service agreements (MSAs) and contracts with legal support
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center or mission‑critical sales, project management, or solutions-based technical selling
  • Ability to travel 25‑50%
  • Valid driving license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, estimating or proposal software)
  • Building Automation and/or HVAC Controls Sales experience
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills
