As a Sales Development Representative at Chargeflow, you will be responsible for generating high‑quality sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and relationship building. You will target enterprise accounts, bringing in the largest deals for the company. This role requires creativity, persistence, and excellent communication.
Responsibilities- Generate high‑quality sales opportunities targeting enterprise accounts
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans through research, outreach, and building a strong professional network
- Implement multi‑channel outreach strategies, testing different outbound methodologies
- Track results, optimize approaches, and innovate new prospecting techniques
- Build relationships with key representatives at target companies through various channels
- Represent Chargeflow at industry events and host networking functions across the US
- Collaborate with our marketing team on demand generation initiatives
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads for successful closing
- Minimum of 1 year business development experience within B2B tech companies – Strong Advantage
- Willingness to travel for events and client meetings – Must
- Experience in prospecting and cold outreach with a proven, consistent track record of exceeding goals
- Self‑motivation and KPI‑driven attitude
- Team‑centric mindset and ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Strong networking and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience with CRM systems and sales intelligence tools
- Ability to sell multiple products and articulate their value to different personas
- Domain knowledge in fraud and payments
- Domain knowledge in eCommerce
The OTE salary range for this position is ~$85,000‑$100,000. This is an incentive‑based role, and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives.
