Salary: $45,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (earn $75k-80k+ 1st year) + Company Car

Field Project Coordinator, Home Improvement Services Description

Our client in the home improvement services industry is hiring a Field Project Coordinator to meet with residential customers, provide accurate job estimates, and close projects near Walden, NY. You’ll work from a steady stream of 90% warm, company‑generated leads – no cold calling, no door‑to‑door.
Your job is simple: schedule meetings with customers, show up, estimate the project, and follow up to win the business. The time from estimate to signed agreement is about two weeks. Consistent follow-up is key to securing the business with tools to support this effort. If you’re organized, confident with customers, and motivated by uncapped earnings, this is a great opportunity to build a stable sales career in your local community.

Project Coordinator, Home Improvement Services Responsibilities
  • Visit customer homes within a 50‑mile radius (company vehicle provided)
  • Advise customers on‑site or during calls
  • Assess projects and provide clear, accurate estimates
  • Follow up consistently to close deals; meet and exceed company sales goals
  • Upsell when appropriate to ensure a complete, high quality job
  • Manage your own schedule to meet customers quickly
  • Ensure all customers are fully satisfied with the service
  • Meet with manager and team on regular basis
  • Stay current on product knowledge
Field Project Coordinator, Home Improvement Services Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer‑facing role required
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic software tools required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to travel locally throughout the day (vehicle + gas provided) required
