The Associate Account Executive (Client Services) will play a critical role in managing client accounts and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting sales and account management activities, and assisting in the negotiation and execution of client agreements. The Associate Account Executive will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve client inquiries promptly.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Staten Island, NY, which requires active collaboration with the team to achieve client success.
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Experience in Sales, including the ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and drive revenue growth.
- Expertise in Negotiation and Sales Operations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and efficient execution of agreements.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer‑centric and detail-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is desirable.
