We work with some of the biggest players in e‑commerce and New Media, including Universal Music Group, Gucci, Google, Pinterest, and top brands on Tik Tok Shop like Medicube, Tarte, and Fenty, to help promote the next viral sensation. We’re one of the largest full‑service Tik Tok Shop Partner agencies.

Grail is shaping the future of how digital marketing budgets are spent. We deliver dynamic and creative promotional campaigns across a variety of social media channels, such as Tik Tok and Instagram.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Grail, you’ll be driving new business and partnership opportunities for the company. This involves upselling existing clients on our Tik Tok Shop services and longer‑term marketing plans. The role requires someone who is comfortable in a sales environment and is highly organized. You’ll need strong interpersonal skills, as you’ll be working closely with the talent teams to pitch the right talent for opportunities.

Grail Talent is a remote company with team members across the US; we’re looking for someone who can cover the US market on US time zones. This role is not a regular 9‑5 job; we have clients across multiple time zones and it will require working varied hours.

The Role Will Include
  • Sourcing and closing new business opportunities in the US market, and international clients entering the US market
  • Developing our relationships with local Tik Tok partner reps and team members
  • Owning the strategy in your target region
  • Working with existing clients to expand the US market
  • Researching and identifying potential partners
  • Building and managing a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
  • Maintaining regular check‑ins to ensure client satisfaction and spot upsell opportunities
  • Working closely with internal teams to align on talent availability and brand fit
Requirements
  • Must have 1‑2 years sales experience as a minimum
  • Bonus:
    Familiarity with Tik Tok Shop
