We are seeking a Sales Professional to join the Health and Benefits Sales team of one of our clients with locations throughout the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of complex or high-value accounts.
  • Conduct regular sales presentations, calls, and meetings with prospective and existing clients.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through strategic outreach, including cold calls and targeted prospecting.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that effectively communicate the value of services and solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to negotiating pricing and closing deals.
  • Analyze market trends and industry insights to identify new business opportunities and opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to introduce new services, expand client engagement, and explore cross-selling opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and professional associations to build brand presence and expand professional networks.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience selling to organizations with 1,000–5,000 employees in the employee benefits space.
  • Knowledge of the employee benefits or health and benefits consulting industry, including related products and services.
  • Strong professional network and ability to engage C-suite executives.
