What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in the restaurant, retail, and service industries
  • Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through field prospecting and local networking
  • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations to demonstrate the benefits of Genius®
  • Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
  • Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to spend at least 75% of work time in the field with a valid driver’s license
  • High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets and building client relationships
  • Experience in consultative selling and technology solutions
