We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel growth across healthcare providers, medical billing companies, and pharmacy hubs. You’ll be on the front lines of our go-to-market motion—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and setting up high-quality opportunities for the sales team. You’re proactive, curious about product and AI, and energized by building pipeline in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
This role is in person in New York City.
- Prospect and qualify potential customers through outbound outreach (email, phone, Linked In)
- Partner closely with Account Executives to build and maintain a healthy pipeline
- Run targeted outbound campaigns in collaboration with Marketing
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain points and assess fit
- Clearly articulate Prosper’s value proposition and secure next-step meetings
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
- Share market and customer insights with Sales and Product teams
- 1–4+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role
- Strong interest in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, SaaS, or AI
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-volume outreach
- Organized, resilient, and motivated by clear goals and metrics
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating cross‑functionally
- Eagerness to learn the product, industry, and sales craft quickly
- Early traction with real customers and revenue

- Base: $60,000 - $70,000 + Equity & Benefits (OTE $104,000 - $125,000)
