This isn't a "dial and smile" job. This is a front-line, pipeline-generating, door-kicking role where you will be the first voice prospects hear from OX Security
. You'll be engaging CISOs, VP-level security leaders, and engineering decision-makers at companies that need what we build, they just don't know it yet. You'll be armed with best-in-class tools, AI-powered prospecting workflows, and the backing of a team that's obsessed with winning. Your job is to open doors. Our Account Executives will walk through them with you. What You'll Do:
- Hunt high-value accounts. Research, identify, and break into target organizations through multi-channel outreach -- cold calls, personalized email sequences, Linked In, and creative tactics that get responses
- Engage the C-Suite. Start real conversations with CISOs, security directors, and engineering leaders about the risks hiding in their software supply chain
- Build pipeline that matters. Qualify opportunities using defined criteria and set meetings that convert -- not just fill calendars
- Master modern sales tools. Leverage AI and sales intelligence platforms (Amplemarket, Clay, On.fire, Lusha, and more) to prospect smarter, not harder
- Collaborate to win. Work side-by-side with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to sharpen messaging, refine targeting, and close feedback loops
- Become a student of the craft. Learn App Sec, the software supply chain, and how companies buy security.
What we’re looking for:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets
- At least 1 year in a SaaS environment
- Fearlessness on the phone, you don't just tolerate cold calling, you get energy from it
- Sharp communication skills and the ability to hold your own in conversations with senior technical leaders
- Relentless drive, coachability, and the kind of competitive fire that makes you hate losing more than you love winning
- Resilience - you understand that rejection is fuel, not failure
- Experience selling into security, Dev Ops, or engineering personas
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts (App Sec, SDLC, Dev Sec Ops )
- A creative, marketing-minded approach to prospecting -- you think about outreach like a campaign, not a script
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot) and sales engagement tools
OTE: $90,000 - $110,000 (base + variable)
