Job Description & Responsibilities
Persistent Systems is looking for an Associate Account Manager who willbe responsible for managing and converting
UxSlead funnel opportunities. You will alsobe responsible for capturing business, managing high revenue accounts, andassistingwith programmatic measures to ensure that customers receive the best products and services available for their needs. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and implementing strategies that will expand Persistent Systems’ customer base.
Position Responsibilities
- Managing and developing existing ecosystem partners andidentifyingpotential new partners
- Developing sales strategies and unique selling propositions to meet sales targets
- Collaborating with Sales and Engineering toidentifynewdevelopmentopportunities
- Developing andretainingexisting customer relationships by presenting solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Managing all aspects of ecosystem partner sales through the pre-sales stage
- Creating business proposalsandmanagingthe product sales life cycle
- Identifyingindustry and marketing events and trade shows that will provide opportunities to expand the company’s customer base
- Travel to customer sitesandtrade shows toidentifynew business opportunities and strengthen current customer relationships
- Conducting presentations for large groups of internal and external stakeholders
- Adhering toestablishedsales-administrative processes that allow for the transparent flow of communication between sales and internal operations teams
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in businessor a related field or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of Sales experience with DoD customers
- Demonstrated knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) and Network theory
- Must be able to travel up to 25%-50% of the time
- Must have a United States security clearance or the ability to obtain a United States security clearance
The compensation for this role can vary from $110,000 to $130,000 a year plus commission based on individual qualifications. Eligible for sales incentive compensation plan.
