Be amongst the first Account Executives working on Omi's US landing team, where you will have a significant impact on our launch strategy in the US and in developing Omi’s international business.

Responsibilities

Drive the full sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, focusing on high-value engagements

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to close deals and achieve sales targets

Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach

Establish, maintain, and expand relationships with key customers, ensuring long-term business success

Understand customer needs and provide tailored software solutions to meet their business objectives

Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Omi’s software solution

Address client inquiries and provide expert knowledge on product features and benefits

Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure mutually beneficial agreements

Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales efforts with company objectives

Provide customer feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product development

Maintain accurate and up to date records of sales activities and client interactions in Omi’s CRM system

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review

Partner with Omi’s GTM leadership to build and iterate on our US GTM motion

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years closing experience in software sales, preferably in a B2B environment selling to the mid-market segment

Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

A “whatever it takes” attitude and strong internal sense of ownership - experience working in a startup preferred

Strong understanding of the software industry and market trends, preferably in the e-commerce/Marketing industry

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at navigating complex sales scenarios

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, managing a broad territory

Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tech stack

Willingness to travel as needed for conferences etc.

based in New York City area with ability to come to the office in Midtown (hybrid work model with WFH possible)
