Join a boutique Legal Services firm to help them set up & grow their New Business Development team
You'll be joining a business who has grown largely by referrals and founder-led (ex litigator) sales and you will be responsible for owning the US Sales strategy alongside the Chief Revenue Officer
. You will have a player-coach role and will have a team of 2 New Business Sales people to develop.
The firm has a strong relationship driven focus on winning business & have a strong track record of retaining large customers (corporates & law firms) for multi-year deals.
You will have the opportunity to sell eDiscovery Solutions, Information Governance & proprietary legal tech for Review.
Skills & experience required for the eDiscovery Sales Director role- Track record of successfully selling Legal Services (eDiscovery) and Legal Tech into law firms and corporate legal teams
- Hunter mentality to win new business
- Appetite to develop and nurture less experienced sales professionals
- Interest in being involved in the US Sales strategy for the long term vision & building the US sales team around you over time
- Interest in engaging with customers at face to face meetings & networking events (primarily in the NYC area)
