Position: Sales Executive / Account Executive
Location: New York

Computer Generated Solutions (CGS) seeks an experienced Sales Executive specializing in Cloud and Managed Services. The candidate should be skilled in solution architecture, technical presentations, proposal writing, and customer engagement, with solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure, managed services, cloud migration, security, disaster recovery, and hybrid cloud solutions. The role involves driving adoption of Azure-based services by understanding client challenges and creating tailored solutions, requiring both technical expertise and strong business sense.

Profile
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients, developing them into high‑value business opportunities.
  • Build relationships and establish communication with executive leadership within target accounts to gain insight into their needs and priorities, streamlining and expediting the deal process.
  • Oversee the closing process, including negotiation and procurement activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Salesforce regarding customer information, forecasts, and pipeline data to enhance our understanding of business performance and the sales process.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan aimed at achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven ability to achieve an annual recurring revenue (ARR) quota exceeding $1M.
  • Demonstrated success in driving consistent activity, building pipeline, and meeting sales quotas.
  • Preferably 5-8+ years of sales experience, with emphasis on developer tools, cloud infrastructure, databases, or business intelligence.
  • Strong solution‑based selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional presentation, listening, organizational, and contact management abilities.
  • Proactive approach to learning technical concepts and leading discussions with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Evident capability in lead qualification, market engagement, successful account acquisition, and customer base expansion.

All candidates must be based in the New York area; this position is based in our New York Headquarters.
