Job Title: Multi-State Travel Sales Manager
Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contractor
Location: Multiple U.S. Spa Locations (Travel Required)
Compensation: $3,500 Base + Tiered Commission (3%, 5%, 7%)
Travel to spa locations across the U.S., meet clients, and maximize revenue
. Client demand is pre-set; your role is execution, selling, and exceeding targets.
- All travel expenses covered: flights, hotel, car, gas
- Base + commission with high earning potential
- Exposure to multiple spa locations and teams
- Opportunity to transition to remote after 6–12 months
- Conduct client consultations and recommend services/packages
- Meet daily & weekly sales goals
- Collaborate with on-site teams
- Track client activity and maintain records
- Maintain high energy and professional presence
- Sales, hospitality, or client-facing experience
- Excellent communication & relationship skills
- Willingness to travel extensively
