We are seeking professional, engaging Benefit Educators to represent Cigna during Open Enrollment and customer events. This is a customer-facing, presentation-driven role where youâll educate employees on employer-sponsored benefits and health insurance offerings.
This is a per diem, variable-hour position based on event demand (including occasional last-minute requests).
What Youâll Do- Deliver onsite, virtual, or prerecorded presentations to employee groups
- Represent Cigna at open enrollment meetings, benefit fairs, and health fairs
- Educate customers on benefits, programs, and solutions
- Maintain knowledge of Cigna products and initiatives
- Track attendance and event insights in Salesforce
- Route service, billing, or implementation questions to internal partners

Active Health & Life Insurance License (required)
â Experience presenting or explaining employer-sponsored benefits/health insurance
â Strong public speaking & communication skills
â Comfortable with PowerPoint, Word, Salesforce, Webex, MS Teams
â Willingness to travel extensively within NY/NJ market
â Availability during AugustâDecember peak season
â High School Diploma or GED

Bilingual (Spanish or Japanese) strongly preferred
- Must reside within NY/NJ market for local travel
