We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and referrals
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and existing customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software

• Experience in B2B or B2C sales (depending on company type)
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Valid driver’s license (if role requires travel)
