As an Alternative Lending Consultant you will:

• Speak directly with small business owners
• Build trust and create opportunities through live conversations
• Identify client needs and help move applications through the process
• Stay organized with follow-up and pipeline management
• Learn how to manage relationships and build repeat business
• Develop the habits and skills that lead to long-term success in sales

• No base pay
• No earning cap Performance-based income

Typical income progression:

• $6,000–$8,000+ per month within 60 days for consistent performers
• $10,000–$13,000+ per month for top performers
• Strong first-year performers can earn $150,000–$250,000+

New hires begin with a structured two-week training program focused on:

• Communication fundamentals
