Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in New York, NY, for an Ecommerce Specialist. The Ecommerce Specialist will oversee and manage the company’s online store, ensuring optimal website performance and providing an engaging customer experience. Responsibilities include updating product listings, analyzing website metrics to improve conversion rates, coordinating sales strategies, and addressing customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Collaboration with marketing, sales, and design teams will also be a key part of the role to help enhance brand visibility and online engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in E‑Commerce and improving online sales performance
  • Excellent analytical skills for website performance tracking, metrics analysis, and strategy implementation
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills to engage with customers and internal teams effectively
  • Experience in sales and the ability to contribute to revenue generation through digital platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, website management, and CMS platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E‑Commerce, or related field preferred
