A national supplier of commercial doors, frames, and hardware focused exclusively on the hospitality construction market is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business and manage contractor relationships across the United States.

This role focuses on selling into general contractors, developers, and construction firms building or renovating hotels. Projects range from $100K–$300K+ for new construction, with larger renovation projects reaching $500K–$800K. Sales cycles can range from 6 months to long-term project development timelines.

What You’ll Do:

- Prospect and develop relationships with general contractors, developers, and construction firms
- Manage long-cycle construction bids from initial pricing to final contract award
- Generate quotes, follow up consistently, and “sharpen the pencil” to win competitive bids
- Re-engage past clients and reactivate dormant contractor relationships
- Work inside Pipedrive to manage pipeline and track deal stages## What we're looking for* - 1+ year of sales experience (required)* - Experience selling into construction, building materials, or commercial projects preferred* - Ability to manage long sales cycles and stay persistent over 6+ months* - Strong follow-up, responsiveness, and relationship-building skills* - Comfortable working in-office 2–3 days per week (Brooklyn Navy Yard)
