We’re looking for a motivated, fast-paced Full-Time Office Assistant / Appointment Setter to join our team.

This position is call-focused. Your primary responsibility each day will be making outbound calls and booking qualified appointments from warm leads. During downtime between call sessions, you will assist with office administrative tasks to help keep operations running smoothly.

Full-Time

Tuesday through Saturday

Primarily daytime and early evening hours

In-office position

Make high-volume outbound calls to warm leads

Keep prospects engaged and schedule qualified appointments

Follow up strategically to maximize show rates

Work fast, think on your feet, and confidently control the call

Track calls, notes, and appointments accurately

Strong phone presence and confident communication skills

Organized and detail-oriented

Basic to intermediate Excel skills

Ability to prioritize calls first and shift to admin tasks when needed

Appointment setting experience (home improvement, solar, or similar a plus)
