Reviva are partnering with a VC-backed B2B SaaS company operating in the compliance and risk-adjacent space.
They are entering a key growth phase and are hiring a Strategic Account Executive to take full ownership of enterprise revenue. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a senior seller who enjoys operating as a true owner within an early‑stage environment.
You’ll independently run a high volume of enterprise deals end‑to‑end, while partnering closely with Sales Engineering and Leadership. This is not a lone‑wolf role and requires strong judgment, communication, and internal alignment.
- OTE: $300K–$310K
- New York City - hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
- Own enterprise deals end‑to‑end from discovery through evaluation, pricing, and contract
- Manage a large volume of concurrent enterprise opportunities
- Carry and manage a $1.5M–$2M annual quota
- Partner closely with Sales Engineering and Leadership on complex deals
- Operate with full commercial ownership over your deals and territory
- Experience as a first or second seller in an early‑stage B2B SaaS company
- Proven experience selling $60K–$150K ARR SaaS products
- History of carrying $1.5M+ annual quota and managing pipeline accordingly
- Strong deal and project management skills across multiple concurrent enterprise deals
- Executive presence with C‑level stakeholders
- High autonomy with strong collaboration
- Background in GRC, risk, compliance, security, or regulated industries is a strong plus
