Location: New York

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Account Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional looking to grow their career by managing key accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering outstanding client experiences. You will play a critical role in expanding our business while supporting our Senior Sales team in achieving revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow designated accounts, ensuring alignment with budget objectives and profitability targets.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports, including data on revenue trends, seasonal performance, and growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, production) to curate and present product assortments for buyers during showroom appointments or trade shows.
  • Monitor shipping reports and communicate updates effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, including CO-OP initiatives, to maximize client engagement.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or account management within the fashion, home goods, or related wholesale industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in preparing sales reports and forecasts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Aptean, Net Suite).
  • Experience with trade shows and showroom appointments is a plus.
