** We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support and expand one of our most important retail businesses. This role is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and contribute to the full lifecycle of the business — from product development through delivery — while working closely with cross-functional partners both domestically and overseas. ** What You’ll Do
** In this role, you will:
* Serve as a key day-to-day contact on a key account, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
* Partner closely with internal teams across design, merchandising, product development, production, and operations to ensure seamless execution
* Support product development from concept through delivery, helping to drive on-time and on-target outcomes
* Prepare sales materials, proposals, and presentations that support business growth
* Monitor weekly sales and performance reporting, translating data into actionable insights
* Conduct market and competitive research to inform trends, opportunities, and strategy
* Manage product approvals across fit, construction, trims, and color execution
* Coordinate with overseas partners on costing, production timelines, and delivery schedules
* Help troubleshoot and resolve challenges across orders, production, and logistics
* Maintain organized and accurate records including order books, sample tracking, and production status
* Support preparation for key meetings, market appointments, and showroom presentations
** What We’re Looking For
*** 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, merchandising, or a related role (apparel preferred)
* Experience supporting major retail accounts; familiarity with Walmart is a plus
* Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Experience with Miro and Airtable is a plus
* Analytical mindset with the ability to turn performance data into next steps
* Bachelor’s degree preferred

* Compensation/Benefits:
*** The approximate annual base salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. The offered salary or salary range for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set and years of experience.
