Key Responsibilities Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities for daily Waterpark access across B2B, B2C, and DMC segments, while maintaining a strong focus on guest experience and brand values.
Prepare tailored proposals, coordinate commercial terms within established guidelines, and support deal closures aligned with revenue targets.
Support sales initiatives aimed at increasing market penetration and brand visibility in the leisure and attractions sector.
Maintain an active and well-managed pipeline of partners, including tour operators, concierge companies, corporate groups, online platforms, and schools.
Account Management & Relationship BuildingBuild, manage, and grow long‑term relationships with existing partners to encourage repeat business and joint promotional activities.
Act as a reliable point of contact by ensuring timely communication, structured follow‑ups, and clear coordination on all enquiries, proposals, and agreements.
Participate in trade events, networking sessions, and familiarization trips (FAMs) to strengthen brand presence and partner engagement.
Provide accurate and up‑to‑date product knowledge, pricing information, and operational details to partners.
Collaboration & Cross‑Functional SupportWork closely with Marketing to support targeted campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotional packages.
Coordinate with Waterpark Operations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experiences for partner and group bookings.
Support Revenue Management with market insights, competitor observations, and basic forecasting input.
Assist in the development and maintenance of sales tools, presentations, and materials supporting the Waterpark’s commercial strategy.
Operate comfortably within structured approval processes and cross‑department hierarchies.
Reporting & AdministrationTrack sales performance, conversion rates, and revenue against agreed targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, partner documentation, contracts, and activity logs.
Provide regular performance updates and insights to the Waterpark management.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends relevant to the leisure and attractions sector.

We are open to strong sales professionals from other industries, even without direct experience in attractions or tourism. However, our ideal profile includes the following:
- Experience in B2B sales, within tourism, hospitality, attractions, or entertainment.
- Experience selling attractions such as theme parks, water parks, or leisure venues.
- Experience selling to DMCs, including group bookings and partnership accounts.
- Experience selling to schools (group visits, excursions, educational programs).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, attractions, and schools.
- Understanding of the UAE market, preferably with experience working in Dubai.
- Strong communication skills and a guest‑centric, partnership‑oriented approach.
