Founding Account Executive – AI Compliance SaaS (NYC)
I’m partnering with a fast-scaling, VC-backed AI company that’s transforming compliance across energy, renewables, construction, and infrastructure.
This is a true full-cycle, heavy hunting role — the biggest challenge is generating pipeline, not closing. If you love building from zero, owning your number, and speaking with senior finance and operations leaders, this is for you.
💼What You’ll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle (primarily outbound)
- Prospect into CFOs, VPs of Finance, Compliance leaders, and Project/Construction executives
- Sell complex AI compliance software into enterprise environments
What They’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience
- Strong hunter mentality — proven pipeline builder
- Experience selling upper mid-market or enterprise
- Autonomous, self-directed, and thrives in early-stage environments
Why This Role:
- $4M in revenue generated with only 2 salespeople
- 30–50% close rates in a greenfield market
- First hires will help build the entire sales org
