Key Responsibilities Partner with Account Executives to Unlock Growth Potential and Accelerate Deal Velocity
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities (e.g., new logos, existing accounts, other relevant untapped verticals) to evolve and expand client partnerships; help remove blockers/barriers to deal momentum.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to shape and drive high-impact client activations, demonstrating how solutions address their most pressing challenges.
  • Lead strategic discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, aligning them with innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable ROI.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop business-focused account plans/roadmaps that drive continuous innovation and deliver long‑term value.
Serve as a Strategic Advisor and Industry Expert to Build Strategic Client Partnerships
  • Build deep, trust‑based partnerships with senior client stakeholders, positioning yourself and the organization as indispensable to their growth journey.
  • Act as a visionary and trusted partner, guiding clients through strategic conversations that align with their long‑term business goals and market demands.
  • Provide clients with forward‑thinking insights into market trends, consumer behavior shifts, and emerging.
  • Navigate complex and dynamic business landscapes, empowering clients to make bold, informed decisions that drive competitive advantage.
Design Scalable, Consumer‑Centric Experiences That Drive Impact
  • Architect and execute strategies that drive sustained client success, fostering loyalty and expanding revenue opportunities across key accounts.
  • Craft data‑driven, client‑specific solutions that leverage the latest innovations and align with strategic objectives, delivering transformational results.
  • Establish a compelling narrative and tone that can be evangelized internally within our clients’ organizations.
  • Lead the development of actionable, scalable solutions that prioritize consumer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction, while achieving client KPIs.
  • Help clients build a playbook so that they can plug and play as their trust in our partnership expands; unlocking new potential opportunities accounts.
  • Help set up test and learn activations; bringing key learnings/takeaways across other opportunities and accounts.
  • Continuously refine solution designs to incorporate new insights, ensuring relevance in an ever‑evolving consumer and business landscape.
Empower Sales Teams to Scale and Thrive as Strategic Partners
