At Clarify Capital, a business funding marketplace in midtown Manhattan, we open doors to business financing with human, honest, hands-on support. Business owners nationwide come to us when they’re ready to grow but need the right funding to get there.

As an Account Representative, you’ll help these customers find a clear path to the financing that fits their goals. You’ll lead inbound conversations, ask thoughtful questions, explain funding options, and guide deals forward with a white-glove experience that builds lasting relationships.

This is a full-cycle sales role with uncapped earning potential in a high-energy office environment. If you’re motivated, hardworking, and an excellent communicator, Clarify Capital is the place to out-earn your peers and grow your career.

You’re someone who keeps the ball moving and doesn’t like watching from the sidelines. You’re a quick study and an eager learner. You explain things simply and articulately, and you want to be part of the action.

• Running the full sales cycle, from first call through submissions, negotiations, and funding
• Talking business owners through multiple funding options like SBA loans, lines of credit, term loans, and more
• Turning warm inbound leads into closed deals through informed, friendly, consultative conversations
• Building and growing your own portfolio of repeat clients
• Keeping smart, clear CRM notes so your pipeline keeps moving
• Training with a sales manager for 3-6 months before running your own desk

• First-year OTE: $80k-$120k
• Top performers consistently earn $175k+

• Monday-Thursday: 9 AM-6 PM
