We are expanding rapidly and seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in the U.S. market. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client and partner relationships, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Role OverviewThe ideal candidate has a strong track record in selling IT, AI, and digital transformation services. You are a proactive self‑starter with exceptional networking abilities and experience managing the full business development lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure. Prior exposure to healthcare, life sciences, and manufacturing industries is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Lead Generation and Lead Nurturing- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.
- Leverage existing professional networks to drive qualified leads and expand market reach.
- Participate in conferences, industry events, webinars, seminars, and networking sessions to build a strong pipeline and strengthen brand presence.
- Conduct timely and consistent follow‑ups with leads across email, phone, Linked In, and in‑person channels.
- Design structured engagement journeys to nurture prospects and maintain momentum.
- Lead product demonstrations and present solution capabilities effectively.
- Expand client discussions to uncover broader business needs and position bundled solutions to increase deal size and revenue.
- Conduct in‑depth research to understand client objectives, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with technical, AI, and delivery teams to design tailored solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Plan and lead discovery sessions, consultative meetings, and executive‑level presentations.
- Develop high‑quality sales materials, including presentations, proposals, case studies, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Clearly communicate Next Gen Invents value proposition and competitive differentiation.
- Prepare accurate and timely Statements of Work (SOWs) aligned with agreed scope and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strategic alliances with technology and product partners such as Microsoft, AWS, GCP, Databricks, NVIDIA, and OpenAI.
- Engage with senior executives and decision‑makers to develop collaborative opportunities and joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings and manage sales cycles through in‑person interactions, emails, and calls.
- Identify inefficiencies within the sales funnel and recommend improvements.
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to foster a high‑performance sales culture.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure proper documentation of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Manage templates, sales documentation, and client profiles to ensure consistency across engagements.
- Plan and execute Linked In outreach and lead‑generation campaigns, including messaging, targeting, and performance tracking.
- Utilize digital tools and analytics to improve campaign ROI and lead quality.
- Work with cross‑functional teams (marketing, delivery, solutions, and leadership) to refine sales strategies and co‑develop opportunities.
- Provide guidance to team members engaged in lead generation and business development activities.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development within an IT, AI services, or technology consulting company.
- Experience participating in industry conferences or supporting teams during event engagements.
- 2+ years of experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, research quality, and overall execution speed.
- Strong business acumen with strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to create sales presentations from scratch, tailored to each opportunity.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Must have reliable transportation to attend client meetings and sales events in nearby areas.
