Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist – Lead Generation to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing strategies to attract high-quality business leads, fueling our growth and expanding our market presence. Duties
  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including telemarketing, email marketing, social media, and outbound calling.
  • Conduct warm calling and outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential B2B clients, ensuring alignment with target markets.
  • Engage in technical sales discussions by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that demonstrate value.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze campaign performance for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads through the sales funnel, supporting negotiations and closing deals effectively.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business development and refine targeting strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain excellent communication skills to build rapport with prospects, handle objections professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on lead generation.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as  or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in marketing strategies that support lead generation efforts is a plus.
