The Role:

Funding Associate (Inside Sales)

This is where high performers thrive. As a Funding Associate, you’ll leverage your sales experience to connect with business owners, guide them through their funding options, and close deals—fast. With a pipeline of warm inbound leads and full sales enablement tools at your fingertips, you’ll hit the ground running in a high‑energy, high‑reward environment.

What you’ll do
  • Work warm leads (no cold calling grind)
  • Build relationships with business owners nationwide
  • Guide prospects through a consultative funding process
  • Collaborate with seasoned teammates and leadership
  • Hit and exceed goals while building your book of business
What We’re Looking For
  • 1–3+ years of sales experience (inside sales, financial services, lending, or similar)
  • Confidence, charisma, and the ability to close
  • A self‑starter mentality with an entrepreneurial drive
  • Industry knowledge or financial product familiarity is a big plus
  • Resilience, accountability, and a team‑first mindset
