Sales, Business Development, Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Person to join our team to support our footwear division. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and growing our business with top accounts while delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll work closely with the Sales Executive and cross‑functional teams to manage orders from concept through delivery, ensure clear communication, and identify new opportunities for growth.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer‑focused, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where building strong relationships and delivering results are top priorities.

• Partner closely with the Sales Executives to grow business with top accounts and identify new opportunities to expand sales with existing clients.
• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication, timely updates, and a smooth workflow from concept through delivery.
• Serve as a main point of contact for customers, providing timely inventory updates, open order tracking, and prompt responses to requests.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, ensure showrooms are organized and sales materials are up to date.
• Build strong, positive client relationships through excellent service, proactive follow‑up, and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor sales channels, analyze performance, and recommend strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
• Oversee order accuracy, inventory levels, and shipping details to ensure on‑time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ERP system and clear reporting for bulk orders, backorders, and allocations.
• Attend regular team meetings to share updates, discuss challenges, and align on business goals.
• Support showroom and stockroom organization as needed to maintain a professional, client‑ready environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned, while upholding company policies and ensuring an exceptional client experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Sales.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, account management, experience in wholesale, fashion, is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑focused approach.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams such as design, production, and logistics.
• Comfortable participating in client meetings and presentations, with strong professional presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems and Simparel a plus.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and adaptable to changing business needs.
• Ability to uphold company policies and always represent the brand professionally.
