Role OverviewWe are looking for a Showroom Sales Representative to join our New York City showroom. This full-time, on-site role focuses on building relationships with high-end residential and commercial clients, delivering personalized solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities*
* Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
** Use a consultative approach to identify client needs, offering tailored product recommendations in a non-salesy manner.Sales Process Execution: Qualify leads, present solutions, and close sales in line with our structured process.
Account Management: Cultivate long-term client relationships, generate repeat business, and support referrals.
Showroom Leadership: Maintain a welcoming, organized showroom and demonstrate product expertise to clients.
Performance Tracking: Manage sales pipeline, document leads, and exceed monthly sales targets.
Experience in luxury home design, interior design, or high-end furnishings.
Proven track record in sales, particularly in generating new business and closing high-value deals. 5+ years of experience required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Hub Spot preferred) and strong organizational abilities.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a drive for continuous improvement.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Sales Pipeline Management: Ensure timely follow-ups and track all opportunities.
Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the SDR team and showroom staff.
Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to improve sales effectiveness.

Sales Conversion Rate & Average Deal Size: Optimizing the value of each opportunity.
Lead Management & Response Time: Prompt follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.

$,000 with an incentive-based commission structure
