Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive our growth by booking qualified meetings with employers and building our pipeline. This role requires a hunter mentality and involves a hybrid work model for candidates local to NYC.
Responsibilities- Identify and engage potential clients to generate business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong activity record connecting with prospects via cold-calls, Linked In messages and emails.
- Schedule and set up meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate our platform's value.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Keep detailed records of interactions and track progress against goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Prior experience in sales or customer relations is advantageous.
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment.

Salary$50,000 – $75,000 yearly
