Role and Responsibilities About the position

Spencer’s is seeking a passionate Sales and Events Coordinator who is excited to join a fast-growing company and contribute meaningfully to the sales side of the business. The Sales and Events Coordinator will work side-by-side with the Director of Sales and Revenue and support all efforts in driving corporate sales, event sales, and brand event partnerships. The right candidate will be excited by the tremendous room to learn and grow on a high-performing Sales team.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Support inbound and outbound sales efforts for corporate programs and brand/event partnerships
  • Proactively identify, prospect, and generate warm leads for new corporate clients and brand partners in support of the Director of Sales and Revenue
  • Assist the Director in sending our and monitoring proposals, work with the marketing team to obtain images, press packets, and all other relevant documentation
  • Manage the CRM (pipedrive) to ensure all information is up to date
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients through proactive outreach, including but not limited to outbound calls, face-to-face appointments, and spa tours.

Account & Partner Management

  • Generate contracts and invoices, and manage the fulfillment of signed contracts and completed payments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate and brand partners on all logistic and contract communications, as well as fielding all questions and requests throughout the planning process
  • Ensure partners feel supported and valued throughout the entire lifecycle of the relationship
  • Cultivate strong relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Event & Program Coordination

  • Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of spa events and corporate programs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with spa operations, marketing to ensure seamless delivery
  • Ensure all event details, timelines, and partner expectations are clearly communicated and met

Partner Experience & Follow-Up

  • Ensure partners are taken care of before, during, and after each event or program
  • Conduct post-event follow-ups, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for future engagement
  • Escalate any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and revenue
  • Contribute to strategy development for growing corporate and brand programs
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or events (hospitality, wellness, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating events or programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and independently
