Chapter One is hiring a Business Development Analyst with a medical or healthcare background to represent our brand at medical conferences nationwide.
This is a high-travel, in-person sales role focused on closing sponsorship and exhibitor deals with healthcare decision-makers. You will travel conference to conference, meet clients face-to-face, and drive revenue through custom sponsorship packages.
Responsibilities- Close sponsors and exhibitors at medical conferences
- Build relationships with healthcare executives
- Deliver in-person and virtual sales presentations
- Own the full sales cycle
- Represent Chapter One nationwide
- Track deals in CRM and report to leadership
- Medical or healthcare background required
- 2+ years of outside or field sales experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
