Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Entry-Level Dental Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in sales within the healthcare and dental industry. You’ll be responsible for promoting our dental products and services to dental practices in your assigned territory, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

• Develop and maintain relationships with dental offices and key decision-makers
• Promote and sell a portfolio of dental products and solutions to general and specialty dental practices
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices
• Identify new sales opportunities and manage a consistent pipeline
• Track activity through CRM systems and provide weekly reporting
• Attend occasional trade shows, team meetings, or training sessions

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior dental experience as a Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant is highly preferred
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the assigned territory

• Base Salary: $42,000 annually
• Bonus Target:
  Up to $5,000 annually based on performance
• Auto Allowance + Gas Card for business travel
