Overview
Location: Manhattan (Remote/Hybrid Options Available)
Base salary: $70,000 - $75,000 base with healthy commissions

Role SummaryAs an SDR, you ll be a key player in generating new business pipelines. You’ll engage with prospective homecare agencies, educating them on the client s platform and driving interest for our Enterprise and SMB solutions.
Responsibilities- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls and emails to healthcare and homecare agencies
- Engage with portal users to discover upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Effectively overcome objections and position solutions, including EVV compliance, billing & payroll automation, mobile apps, and scheduling tools
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to execute targeted outreach campaigns
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for Account Executives
- Attend and support industry events and conferences (up to 10% travel)
- 1–3 years in SaaS sales, preferably in high-growth or healthcare-focused companies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting and achieving KPIs
- Experience selling to first-time technology buyers
- High emotional intelligence—humility, empathy, and resilience
- Proficiency in Salesforce; experience with Sales Loft, Chili Piper, Gong, or Work Ramp is a plus
- Preferred: experience in healthcare or homecare verticals
- Base salary range: $70,000–$75,000, plus attractive variable compensation
