What You’ll Do- Serve as a luxury leasing and sales expert for a world-class Manhattan community.
- Conduct polished, personalized tours following a structured, fair tour-assignment process.
- Build strong rapport with prospects and confidently close high-value leases (rents range from $6,000–$40,000/month; average ~$12,000).
- Convert qualified leads—appointments are set for you via AI-driven lead management.
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance benchmarks, including a 20%+ conversion ratio
. - Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile and celebrity clientele.
- Focus exclusively on leasing and sales—
no renewals or resident issue management
. - Collaborate daily with a fully staffed onsite management, maintenance, and concierge team.
- This is not a cutthroat sales floor. Success here is driven by collaboration, mutual support, and shared wins.
- Tours are assigned fairly—no competing over prospects.

- 2–5 years of experience in real estate leasing, sales, or a high-end, client-facing environment.
- Deep familiarity with Manhattan real estate and luxury clientele.
- Proven ability to close high-dollar deals with professionalism and finesse.
- Strong sales instincts paired with emotional intelligence and discretion.
- Consistent performance history in a KPI-driven environment.
- Weekend availability to capture peak leasing traffic.
- Experience from luxury real estate, high-end retail, or other high-touch sales environments strongly considered.
