Director of Brand Partnerships – Now This
We’re looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships to join the Now This team. As a Director of Brand Partnerships at Now This, you will be at the forefront of identifying and cultivating new business opportunities and partnerships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our digital footprint and revenue streams. This position requires a blend of skills in sales, relationship building, and strategic thinking, and is ideal for a motivated individual eager to contribute to a dynamic sales team.
The role is based in our New York office and reports to the Vice President of Brand Partnerships.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities in the digital media landscape.
- Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of digital media and advertising to enhance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with Now This’s offerings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of Now Media to prospective clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Manage and track sales leads and prospects within a CRM system, ensuring accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to represent Now This and expand our presence.
- Assist in developing and refining sales materials, including media kits, case studies, and sales decks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in digital media, advertising, the creator economy or branded content.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and contribute to a team environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.

Compensation & Benefits$150,000 - $300,000 on target earnings (OTE) range, with exact salary depending on experience and new staff rarely starting at the top of the range.
