Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute account‑driven GTM strategies to generate qualified pipeline for large enterprise prospects with complex buying processes, while also maintaining pipeline generation from our SMB and Mid‑Market segments.
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, paid, web, outbound) specifically tailored for enterprise buyers and longer sales cycles.
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, SDR, and Rev Ops teams on account prioritization, lead routing, and opportunity development while reporting performance metrics to executive leadership.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B demand generation experience with proven track record at high‑growth SaaS companies (Seed‑Series C preferred) marketing to Enterprise+ companies.
  • Full‑Stack Marketing Proficiency:
    Hands‑on experience across demand gen channels including paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, events, SEO, and website optimization.
  • Martech Fluency:
    Experience with marketing tools and AI‑powered solutions for demand generation, lead scoring, and campaign automation.
  • Scale

    Experience:

    Background scaling demand gen programs from early stage to significant pipeline volumes ($100M+ annually).
