We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Telemarketing Representative to join our team.
As a Telemarketing Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our products and serviceto potential customers over the phone. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills. Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential customers via telephone to introduce our products and services
- Conduct cold calling to generate leads and schedule sales appointments
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Update customer information in the company database
- Follow up with leads and keep accurate records of all interactions
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
- Collaborate with the sales team to implement sales strategies and techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Telemarketing Representative or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver sales pitches and build rapport with potential customers
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hourly pay ranges from $20-$22 an Hour + Commission +Bonus
