Key Account Manager

Long Island, NY – Full-time

Pay range: $100,086 – $133,448. Quarterly sales incentive target: 43%. Shift: First.

Your Responsibilities
  • Establish, manage, and develop a strong relationship with key account customers and execute sales of selected BSH brands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key account customers, building multi‑level relationships with buyers, MM, and builder sales.
  • Create brand/model plan‑to‑sell strategy including pricing, competitive & gap analysis, order flow, inventory optimization, and forecasting.
  • Manage model line transitions and integration into PTS.
  • Write and review RAs as needed, question key account warehouse personnel on delivery and damage issues, and coordinate returned goods for sale to dealer network or OTC goods.
  • Serve as the primary communication channel between key account and BSH.
  • Coordinate and direct merchandisers’ responsibilities and tasks.
  • Gather and analyze competitive regional pricing and marketing programs (volume rebates, show programs, SPAs, truckload programs, etc.).
  • Organize and manage regional trainings at key account offices or showrooms/hotel locations with the BSH Training department.
  • Develop and run programming throughout the year, including truckload programs, SPAs, builder sales, etc.
  • Manage information flow to RMM & Director/General Manager on a weekly basis about developments that are both positive and negative.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all BSH brands.
  • Supervise and manage merchandiser position for store support.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree – required.
  • 3–5 years of sales or marketing experience – required.
  • 3–5 years of negotiating experience – required.
  • Domestic travel by car, airplane, boat, etc.; includes overnight and weekends.
  • Must be able to drive to assigned accounts daily in the territory.
  • Must have an active driver’s license in good standing with the DMV.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Effective time‑management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Proven sales track record of success.
  • Must live in the territory of Southern CT, Long Island NY, NJ, or East PA.
Your Pay & Benefits
