AI is hiring Mid-Market Account Executives to help build and scale our healthcare segment. This role operates as a startup within a startup, with high ownership and direct impact on how we grow this new vertical. You’ll own the full sales cycle and work closely with customers, leadership, and product teams to drive adoption and shape our go-to-market strategy.
This role is ideal for a scrappy, driven seller who thrives in early-stage environments, moves quickly, and wants to help define playbooks rather than follow them.
What You’ll Do- Work directly with C-Suite, VP, and Director-level executives to drive Elise
AI adoption in healthcare - Own the full sales cycle including outbound prospecting, initial outreach, product demos, negotiations, and expansions
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline within the mid-market healthcare segment
- Attend healthcare and industry conferences across the US to grow Elise
AI’s market presence - Act as a bridge between customers and product teams to inform new features and solutions
- Build sales playbooks, processes, scripts, and best practices for the next stage of growth
- Help attract and influence top-tier talent as the healthcare sales team scales
- Move quickly, take ownership, and execute with urgency in a high-growth environment
- 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience
- Minimum annual quota of $800K in SaaS or net revenue in a quota-carrying role
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing complex sales cycles, including multi-threading and procurement
- Comfort selling to senior executives across multiple stakeholders
- Experience as a top-performing SDR is a plus
- Excitement about AI, emerging technologies, and their impact on healthcare
- Willingness to work in person at Elise

- Base salary range: $110,000 – $120,000
- On-target earnings (OTE): $220,000 – $240,000
- Additional compensation includes commission, equity, and full benefits
- Final compensation is based on experience, skill level, location, and qualifications assessed during the interview process
