What You’ll Do- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, driving adoption of our financial solutions.
- Educate enterprise clients on the value of Cashless Participation® in enhancing equity programs.
- Build relationships with HR, finance, and legal teams at Fortune 1000 companies.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to refine messaging and improve client experience.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- 3+ years of B2B employee benefits sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Experience selling to enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
- Self-starter mindset with strong negotiation and communication skills.
