Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative at Inizio Engage

Responsibilities
  • Provide P1 support to physicians about COVID‑19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options.
  • Educate identified targets to ensure customer preparedness on patient identification.
  • Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact as defined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work.
  • Ensure close collaboration with customer‑facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate efforts across field deployments.
  • Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies and develop and implement a plan to maximize sales impact at the local level.
  • Operate in a team environment that encourages high collaboration and idea sharing.
  • Engage HCPs by probing, answering questions (e.g., drug‑to‑drug interaction management, dose supply location, high‑risk identification).
  • Maintain expert understanding of the product, patient education, consumer education, and market dynamics.
  • Implement the strategic call plan to exceed goals for assigned geographies.
  • Plan and conduct calls using pre‑call, opening, presentation focus, issue identification, and call summary techniques.
  • Complete all call reporting, inventory, compliance training, and other required administrative tasks on time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or related healthcare roles.
  • Experience in urgent care, retail pharmacy, or related settings is a plus.
  • Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel within 25 miles of the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
