What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the designated territory
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have a seamless experience with the Oncology team
  • Communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for oncology products during customer engagements
  • Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop effective market strategies
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
  • Experience in the healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience strongly preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel 10 - 15% of the time, including overnight travel
  • Reside in or near the district of operation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
  • Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role
  • Familiarity with the operations of the extended care team and multidisciplinary approaches in oncology
