- Attain or exceed assigned sales goals for the designated territory
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customers have a seamless experience with the Oncology team
- Communicate a compelling, patient-centered rationale for oncology products during customer engagements
- Analyze trends in a complex buying environment and develop effective market strategies
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to understand and address their needs
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of sales experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 8 years of equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare/scientific field with oncology experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a vehicle
- Willingness to travel 10 - 15% of the time, including overnight travel
- Reside in or near the district of operation
- 2+ years of oncology field-based experience selling oncology therapeutics
- Documented history of strong performance in a sales/marketing or oncology clinical role
- Familiarity with the operations of the extended care team and multidisciplinary approaches in oncology
